SeoDesigner Determines Its Responsibilities and Customer Responsibilities in Its Corporate Web Pages;

1 - SeoDesigner Provides Completely Its Own Software and Its Self Design Updates to Its Customers in Its Corporate Site Designs.

2 - SeoDesigner Presents Websites Compliant with HTML5 and CSS3 Standards in All Its Web Pages

3 - SeoDesigner Absolutely Does Not Keep Credit Card Information In Its E-Commerce Systems. It does not record.

4 - The Security of the Management Panel and the Site (those hosted in SeoDesigner) are completely under SeoDesigner Guarantee.

5 - SeoDesigner offers the Seo Infrastructure to its customers free of charge on all the Web Pages it makes.

6 - SeoDesigner is obliged to solve any technical problem in the Web Pages within 24 hours.

7 - Seo Designer does not produce content for its clients. Does not write new articles. Writing articles and producing content is the sole responsibility of the customer.

8 - Content Entries and Visual Additions are entirely under the responsibility of the Site Administrator (site owner).

9 - Admin Panel User Login Password Security is under the responsibility of the Site Administrator (site owner).

10 - SeoDesigner Takes Up Half Of The Total Price At The Start Of Business. The Remaining Half Is Taken When The Customer Says "Let's Open the Site is Ready".

11 - SeoDesigner Refunds 1/2 of the Down Payment Received In The Case Of The Customer Abandons The Job Before The Site Is Opened For Publication. The remaining 1/2 portion is NOT refunded in terms of expenses such as Hosting, Domain, SSL Certificate.

12 - Fees paid to third parties on behalf of the customer are non-refundable. Refunds cannot be offered.

13 - After The Site Has Been Opened, The Customer Has No Right To Return. The Right of Refund is Available Only While the Site is in the Draft Stage.

14 - When the Site Manager (site owner) wants to move his Site to another server (only the web page), he can move the codes to the desired server without password. (additional article 14)

15 - Site Administrator (site owner) cannot request Carriage on the MANAGEMENT PANEL. Continues to use the Management Panel on SeoDesigner for the Security of the Administration Panel and Other Users. (additional article 17)

16 - The Copyright of Images or Content Used on Web Pages is entirely under the Responsibility of the Site Administrator (site owner).

17 - SeoDesigner Cannot Be Held Liable For The Content To Be Used On The Web Pages Being Illegal or Piracy.

18 - Site Administrators (site owners) who continue to use the administration panel in SeoDesigner are Obliged to Pay Symbolic £ 59 Annually for the Database Host and Panel Management.

19 - Customers Using SeoDesigner Hosting Packages are Obliged to Pay £ 80 Hosting and E-Mail Service Fee Every Year (based on 2020 dollar rate).

20 - Site Administrators Using SeoDesigner Domain Service Are Obliged To Pay £ 20 Each Year (per domain).
